Overall, the caregivers were kind and compassionate with my late mother. Whenever there was an issue, it was quickly resolved by the administrative staff. I am grateful that Comfort Keepers were there to give my mother the extra attention that was needed when she was in rehab.

The CHHA’s are wonderful. The case manager assigned to us found wonderful matches to care for my 91year old parents. I am at ease knowing they are there and are caring , patient, understanding and just like family members. Thank you comfort keepers 💕

My mother, in her 90s, had several home health aides for over 3 years from Comfort Keepers. Although each had a different personality, as every person does, each provided Mom with the needed care and friendship that Mom needed at that time. Some became friends. My dealings with staff and administration were always pleasant and efficient. I have recommended them to friends and would do so for whomever asked. Thanks Comfort Keepers.

I would highly recommend Comfort Keepers of Shrewsbury if you are looking for someone that will truly care for your loved one. We used them for over 4 years and were so lucky to have had wonderful caregivers. Shirley was with us for over 2 years and she and my mother had a special bond..more like family. We always felt so lucky to have her taking care of my mother. Also, Roxanne our coordinator was always great at matching the right person for my mothers care, and was always available if I had any questions.

Comfort Keepers has been caring for my Mom for almost two years now.They are an excellent agency ,most reliable and professional. Could not have asked for a better caregiver for my Mom.They worked thoughtfully to match Mom with a suitable and engaging care companion.
