Comfort Keepers are very friendly and listen to you. I have had many positive experiences: 80% good, 20% not so good. I think Comfort Keepers need to train new caregivers better regarding individual clients, their needs, and how to transfer them. If a client refuses to get out of bed, or has a strong personality. The caregivers need to know they should call Comfort Keepers to inform them. Not just leave the client in bed for the entire 12 hour shift soaking wet.
Comfort Keepers has very good caregivers. They try to match you up with what your needs are and see if it working OK for you. I have a caregiver that once you get to know them and they get to know you they have a regular routine and it works very well. I would recommend Comfort Keepers to anyone needing help around the house. They do everything from cooking cleaning and just making sure that you’re comfortable and getting everything you need. They also help with your personal needs if needed.
My family had a wonderful experience with Comfort Keepers in Sebring, Florida. When my mom needed help, we started with help during the day. The caregivers were knowledgeable, experienced, and kind. They not only provided the physical help my mom needed but also provided compassion and emotional support for her. You are great with my husband and his needs. You are helpful and attentive. You're always asking if there are other needs that he may need while they are here that he may forget to ask for. You give me peace of mind when I have to leave on errands and I know he is in good hands. They also take time to talk and visit with me. Comfort Keepers you are a Blessing to us both. Thank you.
Comfort Keepers have been a wonderful help for my parents. We have enjoyed Maddy so much. She is family to us. She is a grand-daughter to my folks.
