I used Comfort Keepers to help care for my husband. They were with us for 2 years. His caregiver, Nissa, was such a blessing to us. She took the time to truly get to know my husband and cared for him in a way that gave him his humanity back. And at the same time, she became a part of our family- she fully embraced all of us. And she is still a big part of my life. I couldn’t have done it without her.

New care givers every 2 weeks and you have to explain every 2 weeks what needs to be done or else they will just sit there and do nothing. Damages your property and you call up human resources to ask them to make things right they accuse you of damaging it your self and then dropping you from the program. When asking the caregiver if they have had any basic cpr or basic emergency medical training they did not or could not produce any certification other then the one day training with their boss before gonig on their own.

We used Comfort Keepers for my in laws and were extremely happy with their care. Leslie made every step of the experience easy and bent over backwards to make them comfortable with the care givers in the home. They absolutely loved Alaysha who came to take care of them every morning and assisted them with whatever they needed. I would recommend Comfort Keepers if you need assistance for your loved ones.In 2021, I needed a sitter a few hrs. a week to help my Mom who was 91 at the time but used a walker. They sent the most caring, helpful sitters to care for Mom( God rest her soul,I miss her so much every day) while I ran errands. They made sure she took her meds., heated up food I had prepared,and assisted her with whatever she needed. They drove quite a ways to get to us out in the countryside. We have been using Comfort Keepers since 2016 and have been happy with them. We first contacted them when our Mom needed a few hours of assistance per week around the house (cleaning, cooking, etc.). Over the years her needs increased and Comfort Keepers was able to provide additional shifts to cover the increased hours. Some of the caregivers were like family, and helped not only with the basics, but bathing, dressing, helping to pay/understand bills, among other things.
