Our 98 year old mother lives in an independent senior living community, but needs assistance with activities of daily living. Her Comfort Keepers assistant is wonderful. It took awhile to find the correct "match" but we are so happy. I have found the communication with the office staff to be very good. They always find a replacement when her assistant is not able to come. I would highly recommend Comfort Keepers.
Herein is my experience with Comfort Keepers, Fort Myers, Florida. My caregiver, Judy, has been assigned to me for the past several years. She is absolutely wonderful. I literally travel from one side of the planet to the other to seek medical treatment, on average twice per year, without family members/friends. Comfort Keepers are professional and friendly and they go out of their way to help our situations. We have peace of mind and we are grateful for this wonderful company.
The employees and admins are all kind, punctual, and lovely. This service is optimal for situations where someone needs routine care that can be scheduled in advance. They can help get folks to doctor appointments, but the logistics are trickier.
